At TMTS 2026, GOODWAY Group will be exhibiting at Booth E0430, showcasing its advanced multi-tasking machine series, highlighted by the GMT-4000 Series Multi-tasking Machining Center. Key features of the GMT-4000 Series include 8-axis control with simultaneous 5-axis machining capability, enabling highly efficient and complex multi-process machining within a single setup. The machine can also be integrated with automation systems to meet the industry's growing demand for high-volume, high-efficiency production. The GMT-4000 is equipped with a high-performance B-axis featuring an ultra-rigid, near-zero-backlash roller cam drive system, with an optional direct-drive (DD) motor configuration available. A high-resolution encoder comes standard, allowing a minimum indexing increment of 0.001 degrees for exceptional positioning accuracy and machining precision. Designed specifically for large-scale workpieces, the GMT-4000 offers an exceptionally large machining envelope. The machine can be equipped with up to a 24-inch hydraulic chuck, supports a maximum turning length of 3,055 mm, and provides Y-axis travel of up to 500 mm, making it an ideal solution for demanding applications in aerospace, energy, heavy equipment, and other high-value manufacturing sectors.
AWEA will also showcase the FCV-800Ⅱ Gantry Type 5-axis Machining Center, a high-performance solution that combines exceptional machining capability with a compact footprint of approximately 9.5m2. The machine is equipped with an Ø800 mm rotary table and features a highly rigid gantry-type structure paired with a high-performance A/C-axis rotary table. Both the A-axis and C-axis utilize roller cam drive mechanisms, offering exceptional rigidity, minimal thermal displacement, outstanding durability, and near-zero backlash. The rotary table supports a maximum workpiece load of up to 1,400 kg, enabling stable and accurate machining of large and demanding components. The FCV-800Ⅱ is capable of machining highly complex workpieces while also supporting high-volume production through integration with multi-station automatic loading and unloading systems. The number and size of pallet stations can be configured according to specific production requirements, providing exceptional manufacturing flexibility and productivity. Combining ultimate performance with outstanding turning and milling capabilities, the FCV-800Ⅱ is designed to meet the evolving demands of advanced manufacturing and serves as an ideal partner for a wide range of precision machining applications. GOODWAY Group will be exhibiting at Booth E0430 during TMTS 2026 – Taiwan International Machine Tool Show. We sincerely invite industry professionals and valued guests to visit our booth and experience the latest innovations in advanced machining and intelligent manufacturing solutions.
