Optimized Processes

Casting Aging Treatment

After high-temperature casting, the castings undergo a complete annealing process, followed by an aging treatment lasting three to six months or more, to ensure maximum structural strength.

In-house Precision Machining

All precision machining of castings is carried out in-house at GOODWAY’s facility. The machining plant is equipped with the world's most advanced machining and measuring equipment, and maintains a consistent environment with 24-hour climate control. This enables us to meet the most stringent precision requirements.

In-house Precision Assembly

The spindle, turret, tailstock, and other core components are all manufactured at GOODWAY’s precision assembly facility. Compared to machines that use standard off-the-shelf parts, our in-house production ensures superior assembly quality and higher compatibility between machine components, delivering multiple performance advantages.

Quality Control

Key components must pass quality inspection using various advanced equipment such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), 3D profiler, and optical comparators before being admitted into inventory.

Lean Manufacturing

The digital production information platform provides real-time visibility into the status of all workstations across the facility, including details such as process progress, downtime, and material shortages. This enables managers to make more informed and precise decisions, helping to ensure both product quality and on-time delivery.

Precise Hand Scraping

All contact surfaces undergo a precise hand-scraping process to ensure maximum assembly accuracy, structural strength, and balanced load distribution.

Performance Verification

The machine must pass laser inspection, circular interpolation (Ballbar) testing, cutting tests, and more than 100 hours of run-in testing before shipment.
